Topic: where to find class 3/4 BC rivers?

Hi good people,

My wife and I would like to visit BC for our first time ever. We are in Idaho now. What rivers will be flowing in a week that have good class 3/4 sections? Would love to receive some suggestions. What is the best website to see what rivers are running, and the flow? Is there something similar to AmericanWhitewater.com?

The Thompson in Lytton is currently running (Class III)
The Upper Cheakamus in Whistler is running (Class IV)

A lot of rivers have dropped out by now, but there's definitely still stuff to paddle. For example you could a tide at the Skookumchuck narrows.

The River App is also useful.  It gives river flow and describes difficulty and rates whether low medium or high - but the ratings are done by different people so not that consistent.  You could compare with ratings for Idaho rivers on the River App.
